We are a division of Ion Bank and licensed through the Department of Banking.
2) Where does BCion Vehicle Finance do business?
We lend throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
3) What organizations does BCion Vehicle Finance belong to?
We are members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Connecticut Community Bankers Association (CCBA), the Connecticut Auto Retailers Associations (CARA), the Connecticut Bankers Association (CBA), the Mass Bankers Association (MBA), and the New Jersey Bankers Association (NJBA).

1) Does BCion Vehicle Finance take loan payments online?
Yes. One time and recurring monthly payments are accepted through our website.
Online payments made before 3pm EST Monday-Friday (except Federal Holidays) will post the same day. Payments made after 3pm will post on the next business day.
Payments made over the weekend will post next business day.
2) Does BCion Vehicle Finance offer FREE payment programs?
Yes. There are a number of ways to make payments that are free of charge:
a) Recurring monthly payment program – make your payment from an authorized checking account for no fee payments.
b) Through our website www.bcionvehiclefinance.com – one time and recurring monthly payments can be made through our online customer portal.
c) Pay directly from your banks online payment service. Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to arrive and post to your account.
3) Can I refinance my existing car loan through BCion Vehicle Finance ?
We do not refinance our own loans at this time.
4) What dealerships does BCion Vehicle Finance work with?

5) Can I get information on my existing automobile loan online?
Yes. You can access your loan information 24 hours a day by registering through our website.
